Food trucks, refreshments and treats: where can you eat at Masters de Feu?
From the opening of the gates, 19 dining points will welcome Masters de Feu spectators. Burgers, regional specialties, world cuisine and sweet treats: discover the 2026 offering.

The Masters de Feu evening does not begin with the first rocket. From the moment the gates of the Hippodrome de Compiègne open, spectators can enjoy the food areas, discover the official shop and settle in gradually before the show begins.
For the 19 September 2026 edition, no fewer than 19 food trucks, stands and gourmet areas will accompany the evening. From Northern recipes to Italian cuisine, burgers to Portuguese specialities, not forgetting ice cream, churros and sweets, everyone should be able to compose their own menu before looking up to the sky.
An evening that begins at 5 p.m.
The gates of the Hippodrome de Compiègne will open at 5 p.m., three and a half hours before the show starts.
This time allows visitors to pass through security checks, reach their seats calmly, explore the different areas and enjoy a meal before the first pyrotechnic creation, scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
To avoid the longest queues, we recommend not waiting until the last minute. The various stands will be open from the moment the gates open and will remain in service throughout the evening.
With 19 food and beverage points and more than a hundred listed products and meal deals, the 2026 edition will offer the widest possible choice, suited both to light appetites and more generous meals.
Burgers and hot dogs in all their forms
Fans of the classics will find several outlets specialising in burgers and hot dogs.
Happy Truck Burger will offer its homemade burgers, with several beef, chicken or vegetarian recipes, available on their own or with fries, a drink and dessert.
Happy Truck Hot-Dog will complete the offer with different recipes and meal deals. PK Express will focus on the maxi hot dog, while Made in Street will pair hot dogs with Liège waffles.
Thunders Truck will also offer its maxi hot dog, as well as a bagnat inspired by axoa, the iconic speciality of the Basque Country.
Chez Max will round out the selection with burgers prepared in artisanal bread, beef, breaded chicken or chickpea recipes, as well as nuggets served with fries.
Finally, Frit’ Beaff will offer generous event catering centred on burgers, kebabs, sandwiches and fries.
Northern flavours come to Compiègne
It is impossible to imagine a major public celebration without a proper chip shop.
Faluchtruck will introduce the faluche gratinée, served with fries, homemade mayonnaise and, for those who like a stronger flavour, a maroilles sauce.
L’As du Poulet combines rotisserie and Belgian-style chip shop fare, with recipes featuring roast chicken, sausages, fricadelles and fries.
La Friterie Momo will bring the spirit of the famous chip shops of Northern France, with a choice of sandwiches, burgers and meal deals served with fries.
Three different worlds to rediscover this friendly, generous cuisine, perfectly suited to an open-air evening.
A short journey to Italy, Portugal and beyond
Masters de Feu is an international competition. Its food area will be too.
Dolci will offer generously filled Italian focaccias, including recipes featuring stracciatella, Italian cured meats and truffle. Several options will also allow vegetarian guests to enjoy the offer.
Italiano Foodtruck will showcase cuisine inspired by southern Italy, while Tripas will offer its Portuguese speciality: a reinvented crêpe, available in savoury or sweet recipes.
A particularly welcome nod this year, as Portugal will be represented in the competition by Pirotecnia Minhota.
Au QG will complete this culinary journey with pitas filled with chicken shawarma or falafels. Another vegetarian option for those wishing to avoid meat.
Wood-fired cooking before the sky lights up
With Les Gourmets du Bois, fire will also be present on the plate.
The stand will offer rotisserie recipes and wood-fired cooking. Authentic cuisine that reminds us that flame can be just as spectacular in the kitchen as in the sky above Compiègne.
Between the roasted meats, side dishes and the different meal deals on offer, this stand will be especially appealing to spectators looking for a hot, generous meal before the show begins.
Ice cream, churros and sweets for a sweet finish
Those with a sweet tooth will not be forgotten.
Present in the world of ice cream since 1930, Glaces Trueba will offer a refreshing break before or during the evening.
La Boutique à Churros will bring together churros, crêpes and waffles, to enjoy plain or with a range of toppings. Made in Street will also offer its Liège waffles, while Tripas’ sweet recipes will let visitors discover a Portuguese-inspired treat.
La Boîte à bonbons will complete the offer with sweets for children and adults alike who still have a sweet tooth.
A bar dedicated to speciality beers
Les Bières Gustave will also be present with their beer truck and a selection of speciality beers.
As always, the sale of alcoholic beverages will be reserved for adults and must be accompanied by responsible consumption.
Non-alcoholic drinks and water will also be available from various food points across the site.
What payment methods should you plan for?
The food trucks and stands on site are independent businesses. Accepted payment methods may therefore vary from one establishment to another.
To enjoy the evening with complete peace of mind, we recommend bringing your bank card as well as some cash. Any minimum amounts for card payments will be displayed directly by the vendors.
As acceptance of meal vouchers is not guaranteed at all stands, please check with each vendor before ordering.
Check the menus before you arrive
The food section of the Masters de Feu website lets you discover the 19 vendors present, their specialities, menus, key allergens and prices already listed.
We recommend consulting it before the event so you can decide what you want and save time once on site.
Burgers, focaccias, fries, wood-fired cooking, Portuguese specialities, vegetarian options or sweet treats: the hardest part may be choosing.
Meet us from 5 p.m. at the Hippodrome de Compiègne to begin the evening over a meal, before “Le Grand Bal” opens in the sky.
